Power Outages Reported in Elma
Maintaining power throughout the Town of Elma has reportedly been difficult over the last few years, even after the addition of a new substation, and the power outages may have led to recent damage at a town water pump. Elma officials have asked a representative from NYSEG to attend a work session and determine what can be done to correct the measure.
