China Wind-Power Capacity May Be 150 Million Kilowatts by 2020, Xinhua Say
China’s wind-power capacity may reach 120 million kilowatts to 150 million kilowatts in 2020, the official Xinhua News Agency said, citing a report by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
